Elizabeth Greenwell


Elizabeth Greenwell, Sc.D., received her doctorate from Harvard School of Public Health in maternal and child health with additional specialization in biostatistics, perinatal and reproductive health. Dr. Greenwell has undergraduate degrees in psychology, environmental biology and nursing. She is currently a LEND postdoctoral fellow at JFK Partners. Dr. Greenwell has worked in the field of maternal and child health for over 20 years both as a researcher and clinician. She has directed and consulted on numerous research grants and has a background in statistics and instrument development. Her research interests include the effects of pregnancy and perinatal risk factors on adverse neonatal outcome and early childhood health and development. She is also interested in the impact of early-life conditions on long-term health and functioning for children with neurodevelopmental disorders. After completion of her fellowship she hopes to teach and continue her research agenda in the field of maternal and child health.
